The "Remember Me" function allows you to log in to the My Account Web Site without entering your user name.
This feature is not recommended if you share a computer with others.
Click on the checkbox if you would like to take advantage of "Remember Me".
Due to security reasons My Account does not provide an automatic Customer ID recovery process.
However, if you have forgotten your Customer ID and you have access to your My Account emails you can locate your Customer ID as the greeting on those emails. If you do not have access to your My Account emails you can contact Customer Service. Our team is available to respond to requests during normal business hours - Monday-Friday from 8am - 5pm.
